The mushroom cultivation building is a total of 2 buildings, with an internal volume of 37㎥, a floor area of 5 pyeong, a total of 10 pyeong, and a windbreak room in the middle of 3 pyeong. In the first experimental cultivation, 3kg/ea 300ea of rod-shaped medium for fungus medium was awarded. Mushroom bacteria is a low-temperature Chuwood No. 2 spawn, and is a variety called pine and pine mushrooms in the market. Chujae No. 2 is a strain suitable for rod-shaped mycosis cultivation together with L808.
First of all, because it was a test cultivation, only one dong was operated. The medium stock can be accommodated up to 500 ea, but 300 ea was suggested to secure sufficient space. Purchased at 3,000 won per medium on October 10, 2020, won a prize, and after stabilizing at room temperature of 20°C for 3 days, the temperature was lowered to 6°C on the 13th. Cultivation was carried out at a temperature of 10 °C. From the 6th day after mushroom sprouting, the tricking operation started, and the 7th day, starting with the first harvest on November 5th, was harvested until the 25th. During this period, the average individual weight was 47g/ea, and the average number of mushrooms per medium was 10 cultivated. Therefore, 470 g of mushrooms in one cycle were sold at an average of 20,000 won per kg of harvest. Of course, the quantity was small and it was my first cultivation, so I shared it with family and acquaintances, but when converted to the amount, sales of 300ea×0.47kg/ea*20,000won/ea=2,820,000won were expected. Afterwards, cultivation was carried out at intervals of 50 days until 3 cycles with a total yield of 650 g/ea per medium, 470 g for 1 cycle, 120 g for 2 cycles, and 60 g for 3 cycles, 70% of the total yield was harvested in cycle 1.
