The HVAC system installation work was done for the medicinal mushroom medium production facility in Muju-gun, Republic of Korea. As a seed production plant, a clean aseptic system was completed, and it was divided into a general area and a clean area based on the high pressure sterilizer. Raw material storage warehouse, material warehouse, medium mixing room, machine room, and sealing room were arranged as general areas, and cooling room, inoculation room, laboratory, culture room, and low temperature storage warehouse were arranged as aseptic and clean areas. – Shiitake mushroom long-shaped medium production equipment
As one of the representative foods of K-FOOD, Japchae is popular as a health food with excellent taste and effect. The essential ingredient here is shiitake mushrooms. The rod-shaped medium is used and the medium weight is generally 3KG. It has excellent taste and aroma due to its low-temperature properties. We installed air conditioning, ventilation, lighting (LED) facilities, sprinklers, and dehumidification facilities, and applied a smart complex environmental controller and ICT remote integrated controller.
– Mushroom grower automatic ventilation and air conditioning system
As a mushroom grower with minimal human intervention, an unmanned automated mushroom grower with air conditioning and air conditioning systems and automatic ventilation facilities was built. In 2017, we built a smart automated cultivation plant in the enoki mushroom, oyster mushroom, and king oyster mushroom cultivation complex in Hanoi, Vietnam. Existing buildings were used for the medium production building and the mushroom cultivation building, and a research facility for storage of raw materials was additionally built. We will be in Auckland, New Zealand in 2021 for building construction and environmental control equipment necessary for oyster mushroom oyster mushroom cultivation, mushroom cultivation shelf, humidifier air conditioner ventilation system and complex environmental control equipment, smart farm equipment, and clean room to control them. As equipment, clean bench seed culture equipment, clean booths, etc. were supplied as a whole for mushroom production in mushroom culture. A mushroom production plant was built in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Republic of Korea. Media production equipment includes a high-pressure sterilizer, a medium mixer, and an automatic sealing machine, and an automatic conveyor system connecting equipment and equipment, a sterilization cart for medium transport, a culture cart, and an automatic loading machine are installed. We installed cooling equipment and heating equipment necessary for temperature control in a vinyl greenhouse mushroom cultivation facility located in Chungcheongnam-do, Korea, which is a major production area of shiitake mushrooms, and installed sprinkler equipment as a humidification method to use it with a refrigerator in case of temperature shock. The ventilation system installed a wall-mounted axial fan at the rear of the indoor unit to prevent temperature shock from outside air due to the operation of the cooler fan during ventilation. Our technology is specialized in mushroom cultivation and can be applied in various temperature conditions around the world.
– Pine mushroom, king mushroom, automated cultivation equipment
Mushrooms can be opened and closed by automation, can be easily harvested using an automated machine, and are advantageous for selection and packaging. On the other hand, king oyster mushroom, king mushroom, and oyster mushroom are varieties that require a lot of labor because it is difficult to apply automated equipment. Recently, with the development of mushroom cultivation technology, matsutake mushrooms are cultivated and mass-produced, and there is no difference in taste and nutrition from natural pine mushrooms. We fully know the characteristics of various mushroom bacteria and can provide an air conditioning environment suitable for growth conditions.
