– Indoor vertical farm Korean ginseng hydroponics air conditioning system construction

We built a vertical farm for Korean ginseng hydroponics in Oksan Industrial Complex, Chungcheongbuk-do, Republic of Korea. A vertical farm was constructed using sandwich panels on the roof of a 1000㎡ factory building, 6-level beds were installed inside, and HVACR facilities were constructed. A spray-on nutrient solution supply facility and a soil cultivation bed using sterilized culture soil for ginseng were installed, and a drip irrigation method using a drip hose was also installed separately.

– Salad hydroponics training center HVAC system

We installed a smart farm plant factory at an agricultural high school located in Mungyeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. Because the main purpose is learning and publicity, the growing bed is designed in two stages. It is designed with a smart automatic nutrient solution system to spray the nutrient solution on the upper cultivation bed, and a spray system that partially submerges the roots in the flowing nutrient solution. It is a fast-growing system. HVAC system for indoor environment control, central control device, and ICT smart farm facility construction were applied.

– Urban agricultural plant factory artificial lighting installation work.

A vertical plant factory was built in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, in a specialized company for tissue culture and disease-free seedling production. A 6-tier bed using an aluminum profile was installed, and the desalination system for hydroponic cultivation of ginseng in Zone 1 and the spraying system for the production of disease-free seedlings in Zone 2 were separately constructed. Plant-exclusive LEDs were placed on the top of the bed, and a large-capacity centrifugal humidifier was installed to control humidity, and air conditioners and air distribution ducts were installed.

– Future Agricultural Smart Farm Hydroponics Nutrient Solution Construction

A vertical farm was designed in a commercial building in the central downtown of Pyeongtaek, and a smart farm cultivation farm was constructed that could grow fresh vegetables. The bed was designed based on 8-tier cultivation, LEDs for plant cultivation were installed, and human interference was minimized by applying automation facilities such as nutrient solution, ventilation, air conditioning, temperature control, and conveyor installation. Various types of indoor farming are possible by utilizing the roof, basement, factories, and shopping malls of buildings.

– Container Plant Factory Rooftop Farm Hydroponics

We built a portable container hydroponic vertical farm in the central area of Seoul, the capital of South Korea. The container farm, called the container plant factory, can be installed using the underground space of the building’s rooftop parking lot, etc. Based on the central passage, four-tier and two-row cultivation beds were installed, temperature-humidity control device, nutrient solution supply facility, ventilation facility, air circulation fan, and lighting facility and unmanned control and monitoring device were also installed.
