The glass greenhouse with a cultivation area of 3,000㎡ is a low-temperature greenhouse that has to maintain a temperature below 25℃ in summer for controlling the flowering of Phalaenopsis orchid.
Simultaneous low temperature processing capacity is 800,000 4 inch pots on a movable bench, and it is composed of an integrated screw refrigeration system, unit cooler, ventilation system, and air circulation system.

– Greenhouse HVAC system and dehumidification facility

The HVAC system was installed in 30 Dongsu buildings with an area of 10,000㎡ in a Korean-style plastic greenhouse in Ulsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Republic of Korea. Air conditioning facilities, heating facilities, evaporative cooling facilities, ventilation ventilation facilities, smart farm automation facilities were installed, and safe and efficient operation methods and system maintenance methods were taught.
Greenhouse management using ICT smart farms, temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, and sunlight are being monitored and used as basic data for optimal growth environment research.

– Greenhouse cooling and heating system using fan and pad and waste heat

We constructed a greenhouse cooling and heating system facility using waste heat generated in the petrochemical complex in Ulsan. Waste heat discarded in the adjacent flower growing complex was supplied from the adjacent industrial complex and used as a heat source for cooling in summer and heating in winter. A fan and pad is installed, and a fan for air stirring, LED lighting equipment, and a movable bench are installed for easy management.

We installed air-conditioning and ventilation facilities in the floriculture greenhouse in Perth, Australia. In a plastic greenhouse of 7,000㎡, the cultivation bed consists of mobile and fixed benches. It was a plant mainly cultivated on benches, and it is a farm that cultivates western eggs and houseplants such as Phalaenopsis orchid, Denpare, and Oncidium. As an industrial air-cooling air conditioner, two units of an outdoor unit (12hp) and an indoor unit (7hp) were combined and installed.

We installed a heating and cooling ventilation HVAC system in a glass greenhouse for growing rare orchids in Tampa, Florida, USA. The glass greenhouse was an expert greenhouse for growing and managing small-scale high-priced plants, and since a separate cultivation greenhouse is managed in the vicinity, cooling equipment construction was performed. For the outdoor unit (condenser), a scroll freezer 15HP was applied to an air-cooled condenser 20HP, and for the indoor unit (evaporator), a smart complex environment controller was installed as a construction and control device by combining two sets of 8HP direct expansion type for air conditioning.
